She's out here getting her Red, White, and Blue on all over Des Moines this week and really trying to get the home field advantage in full force! I really do applaud all the LPGA women from both sides of the team this week: the Solheim Cup has never been viewed as big as the Ryder Cup has been, and I think that is because the exposure just hasn't been there. But not this year: both teams are cranking it to 11 and really showing off their spirit. Of course, it also always helps when you have your stars back in the field. Michelle Wie will always bring a huge crowd, and Paula Creamer is healthy and playing some great golf. Upcoming players like Lexi Thompson and Danielle Kang are bringing in some much needed youth to the American side, and it should be a very competitive field. Hopefully the US can make it back-to-back this year and bring it home for us!
